The mini reunion (episode 2)
Session 2:
It’s now the gals hang out session.
Rash and Syam made their way back to USM, and we gals headed to BJcomplex.
08-04-05
We planned to catch a movie, and discussing about it with Shani, she suggested that we watch ‘The Hitch’… Then, I thought what’s the fun in that?
So on the way back home from work, I proposed to Alisa that we watch this so-and-so movie, and oh my, was she excited or what? Milia sounded quite hesitant at first, but we persuaded her, and at last she agreed. We even complotted that we would keep this away from Shani’s knowledge.
09-04-05
I was having my breakfast in Bakti with Nurul when Shani called. She wanted to join us for breakfast, and she arrived in not more than 5 minutes. Wow.. lady in pink and red, she looked outstanding, and yeah, I must not forget to mention the TmNet Streamyx registration form she was carrying along. She went to get some food when suddenly out of nowhere, Kak Farah came into visibility. Just good, ahaa… I invited her to join our projek makan2 jalan2, and her answer was..”Boleh jugak, org pun boring..” Hehehe… and I told her the plan, and the movie that we planned to watch… and she was like “Haa.. ye ke? Serius?” Hesitant at first, as anyone would be, but later she agreed… and I reminded her “Jgn habaq kat shani tau…” she nodded and smiled mischievously.
So what was the secrecy all about? Shani was halfway to exploding out of curiosity when we began to make a big deal out of it. She was like… what movie?? Dun tell me it’s Sembilu2005… please dun make me watch that. And all we did to answer her was laugh and said… “tengok la nanti.. surprise!!”
We missed the first 15minutes. Alisa, Kak Farah and Milia rushed to the cinema while Shani and I waited after buying the tickets. I was the one who bought them, but till to that extent, still, shani had no idea of what movie we were about to watch.
And as we made our entry, a song was playing piercingly. A cute adorable gorgeous guy was dancing vigorously… and excuse me… is that Kareena Kapoor? We took our seats (so unfashionable to be late )… Shani, seated beside me.. “Dun tell me we are watching this” haha… sorry dear, the answer was Yes!! Muahahaha… and she asked again “Betul ke ni.. seriously, atau iklan je ni” And I told her… “Enjoy the movie.. ni la movie nye, hehe citer Hindustan”
The first part of the movie is typically ala-bollywood. Kak Farah whispered something to shani, and she nodded, and she whispered to me. “I never watched Hindi films…” I cut her “dun worry, ni pun first time aku gak! And even for Alisa”
So yupe… we watch the movie… and tell you what… it’s a good one. As the movie turned out to be not so the typical bollywood films. Oh ya, the movie is Fida. So people… hehehe.. go catch the movie laa… I would never actually thought I would have watched a hindi film in cinemas… but see… I did!
Shani… remember how we were so keen on persuading Pidot,Buk and Syez into watching Trauma.. a malay movie… but later…see.. we end up watching PHSM, PGL and Sepet… and in fact enjoyed them. So… who knows… we might be watching more of hindis in cinemas in future hah…
After the movie, we entered the game zone, not to play games actually.. but simply to take pictures. Gila one! Look clearly at the pictures…and u can see a lot of “Insert Coins” messages on the machines. Muahahaha… Luckily we were not chased away by the sukuriti guards…

The mini reunion (episode 1)
Shani said she was coming back to penang that weekend… and I was asking her over and over again, for confirmation.. “betul ke nak balik?” Seeing that, before that weekend she had cancelled her homecoming a few times due to her hectic and busy schedule. This time, she said… confirm balik! Dan aku blanja korang… yeehaa….
She asked me to arrange whatever activities we were to carry out, as I have a good track of handling jalan-jalan projects. But it has been quite sometime since I last handled one, and basically I ran out of ideas. I told her… we carry on with makan-makan and jalan-jalan biasa je la… and the resolution was endorsed.
Alisa suggested Tesco… I dunno, but it seems like she is so into Tesco nowadays… ada ape-ape ke lisa? Hehehe.. juz kidding
‘Jom Pizza’ je laa…. and so we gathered.
Milia and Alisa had to rush from work, and picked up Kak Farah, whose working hour also ends at 1pm every Saturday. Then I heard rumors that Alisa was speeding like racers in Sepang Circuit, serious ke?And so… there we were in Tesco’s Pizza Hut, makan makan and yak yak… Catching up and sharing updates… The last we had was when Kak Za came down from KL…
It is nice to have this mini reunions, once a while… although just a tiny little reunion, but it sure does provide us delight and nonetheless some memories… to be recollected in future.

Log Off Night .... Why Log Off... not Shut Down....
8 - Feb - 2004 ... Hotel Northam... Jalan Gurney... Makan Malam School of Computer Science..
Log Off Night is a yearly event organized by the “Persatuan Sains Komputer”, especially for the final year students. Ours was held in Northam Hotel, hehe.. to be frank, it was last year’s event laa… coz we graduate last year wat… so again,, tis one oso the long long ago picture one lor… but now oni post maa…. can maa ho…
Neway, it was indeed veli nice lor… although the food not so syiok, but we syiok, ma siok lor… and oso aa… the ballroom so kucifat, where can fit all? But no complains laa.. becos I oso know the organizer work hard oso to make the nite happen maaa… must thenk them oso laa…
This year hoo.. we a bit gila one… coz fren all oso sporting maa.. all oso want to sing sing one… The guys aar ho.. they have this band aa.. wat Stelio aa.. no no.. SteRioo… Stereo Band, why the name like dat? Oo.. actelly la ho… the name was given after the biskut tin named Stereo, the tin that Rash used as the backup drumbeat lor.
Syam sang Dekat PadaMu… waa…
ho liao lor… the voice first class one aa, I tell you.. When Muzammil played the trumpet aaa, evelione very excited lor. The guitar oso veli keng… Yasir,Bukand Muih played lor. Then we oso have altis jemputan to sing, and one of the junior oso presented a guitar play.. Later, we all nganga when Fifi took over the show… waa… ho leng aa… sang evanescene… the voice.. aisehmen… best in Singapore, JB and must say Batam oso…

Still ha.. we take take picture until sleeepyy oredi… then aa..zzZzzzzzzzzz….

I find most ppl post their recent photos.. is dat how it's suppose to be? i dunno... ehehhe.. But i only registered like ermm 2 weeks ago, and i have quite a number of collections... of folders packed with photos... i even reserved a partition in my pc specifically to store all my photo collections.

Tak ku sangka dah 2 tahun lebih kan dari masa kita amik gambaq2 ni dulu.
2002-2003
Teringat balik kenangan dengan kumpulan CMT kita ni. Cara kita boleh ter-form group ni pun tetiba gak.
Ntah secara tak disengajakan, kenal Buk melalui emel masa cuti first year. Masuk second year, sem baru… First kuliah CMT, kena form satu group 4-6 org… Aku baru lepas ciken-pox, penuh parut sbb tu Buk leh cam aku yang mana satu, pastu dia ajak join grup dgn diorg bertiga, sebab diorg nak gabung laki dan pompuan. Alisa tgh takde grup dan juga Nurul so aku pun ajak diorg berdua. Then kami diperkenalkan kepada Yein dan Yasir…
Memandangkan diorg dua, org utara, senang je masuk ngan gaya kitorg, tapi kenkadang diorang cam terkezzut gak sbb kitorg ni cam style bising 24-7… tapi lama-lama, dah kenal, diorg pun dah biasa.. Masa tau Yasir 5 tahun tua dari kita, rasa bersalah gak tak panggil abang, tapi dia kata, satu geng tak payah la… cakap 'aku-hang' sudah la… hihihi…
Rajin gile buat discussion.. memang bsemangat wajah I tell u…boleh kata dalam seminggu mesti paling kurang 3 kali discussion. Tempat favorite kita, discussion room kat Perpustakaan 2 (siang) dan area DK G(malam)… dan tugas rasmi aku ialah hantaq Nurul dan Alisa balik pakai moto Yasir.. pastu aku balik jalan.. huhuhu… tapi later, kita tukaq lokasi discussion ke Kafe Aman, dekat ngan bilik aku, ahaks…
Paling aku takleh lupa.. satu hari tu… ada discussion utk cmt, aku mai dari umah (BM) ke usm pakai moto kakak aku… aku eksiden kat jambatan p.pinang… Tenkiu Buk amik aku kat klinik, dan hantar aku balik umah malam tu, dan Yein sudi tgkkan moto aku kat workshop dan bawak moto aku dari usm sampai ke umah aku… huhuhu… thanks kawan kawan…(dan juga kpd kawan2 lain yg bg sokongan moral) ngeri aku teringat balik… sampai skang taknak bawak moto kat jambatan.
Ingat tak kita seludup kopok lekor byk2 masuk lab oracle… eheheh.. dan ingat tak aku potong pengikat cable sebab nak tukaq keyboard.. pastu kena sound dgn pakcik lab, dlm lab tuh… hiehiehie…
Sem dua… kita masih bersama, group CMT, kumpulan 16. Masa ni memang geng kita makin rapat, dan seronok je bila buat discussion, sampaikan kenkadang gelak terlebih dari kerja. Ingat tak assignment pertama… malam sebelum kena submit, Alisa terpadamkan file… aku gabra sampai nangis… tapi kita sempat buat balik… dan masa nak hantar… terlambat pula… Yein menjadi hero kita… dan ini pun aku takkan lupa sampai bila2.. sgt menggemparkan… we got into BIG trouble… tak sangka kita berjaya menimbulkan satu spekulasi hangat di CS kan… tapi masa tu punya takut, Tuhan aje yang tahu… tapi.. smuanya diselesaikan dengan baik…
Ingat tak, Alisa, kita tido kat umah Nurul nak siapkan laporan akhir… Ingat tak masa nak abiskan projek.. kita satu geng dok kat Kafe Damai dari 5 petang hingga 7 pagi esoknya. Bawa turun pc aku dan angkut pc buk dr harapan, guna wireless nak transfer data… dan siapkan apa yg patut.
Aku langsung tak tidoq, dan viva kita tengahari… keje gile… Haha byk keje gile dah buat…

Ingat tak.. kita gak ade buat group study under abg Amir… dan aktiviti belanja sesame senirik… ehehe.. dan ingat tak coding buk yang dikongsi kita satu geng .. hehe.. assignment A.Z (hashing tue)… terrer plak mengubah sampai smua pun skor assignment tuh..
Ntah byk lagi kenangan kita… dan tergelak je aku ingat balik. Skang masing2 mbawa haluan masing2.. wpun tiga daripada kita (aku, Alisa dan Nurul) menggunakan haluan (laluan kereta yang dinaiki bersama) yang sama untuk ke kerja setiap hari. Tapi masing2 ada kerja dan cita2 sendiri.
Yasir dgn bisnes video nye…Yein smakin banyak menjual kereta].. Buk jadi R.O dan tunggu sambung masters…
Alisa dah jadi ]programmer/system-designer … Nurul masih setia dgn research di NRG… dan aku… hahahhaa… aku… akan habis kontrak aku bulan ni… ahaks.. insyaAllah, ada rezeki, sambung masters.
