ahaha... rasa lucu pun ada tgk gelagat bbrapa ahli rombongan usm ni... ada yang nampak gaya tak sabar-sabar dapat anak pun ader hihihi... so... anda2 cepat-cepatlah kawin 
so ini dia kenkawan... parents mithali kepada Alia!

huhuhu... balik dari KL last week (lepas turun 3 hari)... pokok pelam kat umah aku dah kena tebang... huwaa waaa....hwaaa....
atta nak wat jalan baru masuk ke lam umah, so senang sikit nak masuk park kete. selama ni tanah yang ada sekentuit witu , skang bakal ilang...  huhuhuhu.. sedeyyy....

ni gambo the LAST 3 surviving pelam...... lepas ni dah takleh rasa daahhhh..... dulu bila buah naik banyak2 slalu bawak kat member2 gaks... la ni nak cari buah tangan last minute pun dah takdak dah ek... huhuhu

aku tetap mempunyai Wawasann.... aku tak akan Give Up!!
so aku telah mengambik salah satu buah tu, bawak balik usm... utk makan the last piece bersama Aca... dan tetiba aku mdapat ilham... utk meneruskan zuriat buah pelam ni.... yeeehaaa.... harap2 berjaya lah perancangan aku ni...
aku nak tanam biji dia... tgk dia leh survive tak jadi anak pokok 
masalahnya... umah aku nngak punyai tanah lagi lepas ni... so aku skang tgh mem-propose projek "Petani Angkat".... haa.... sapa2 pun leh mohon untuk jadi calon....
syarat dia senang je... asal ada tanah nak tanam pokok aku ni ... 
~ ada sentimental value pokok pelam ni ~ sbb tu nak sangat kalau leh

Shimah, Buk and I... publish paper utk conference ni, jadi menapak lah kami ke bandung (institut teknologi bandung).
sampai2 bandung... trus Forin (kawan Baim) amik kitorg.. merasa makan Siomay+Batagor dan air yogurt kt sana. sejurus selepas itu, dah start soping dah... ekekeke...
forin bw ke Pasar Baru lepas tu, and.... takyah citer lah kot... paham2 je la... menghabiskan ribu-ribu di situ...
dipendekkan cerita... malam lepas cocktail kt ITB... shimahson truih demam
dia nggak sesuai dengan cuaca dan makan kt sana... lebih dari 24jam gak la shimah rehat kat bilik ajer tak kuar... cian dia....
esoknya, bahagi2 masa utk conference + shopping... bekalan musti mau dptkan jugak manyak borong baju2...
tapi tu la... kitorg tak jupe keychains dan sewaktu dengannya... dok cuak2 taktau nak beli apa utk kenkawan sbg kenangan.... alih2 idea hebat utk belik teh botol telah dikemukan... so utk kenkawan yg sama2 pi medan itu hari... akan diberikan teh botol sorso.... ahaks.... nostalgic tuh maa....
pergh penat gak eh shopping .... 
bila malam tu jupe nasik (Pece lele/pece ayam).... kitorg heppi giler... bungkus2 utk shimahson... dan perghh smahngat je kawan aku ni makan pece ayam....
slasa... shimah dah leh kuar bilik... kena gak kuar... sbb dia kena present oral utk 2 paper... so kali ni shimah + buk pegi dulu.. aku lak rehat jap... penat shopping aaarr....
sblm tengahari, join them there, smpt catch some of the presentations, termasuk yg shimah nyer... after lunch, poster sessions...so kitorg lekat2 posters and posing2 tgk poster worang lain gak. sampai penutup.... then....

kaki kami bertiga mula berjalan kembali... tis time area Dago jer, pun... byk giler kedai nak cover... Bila dah balik tu... jupe gerai pece lele lain lak... warrhhh... nasik nasik... kitorg stop makan kat situ aje... isk... sedap aar, tak sama ngan pece lele yg leh dpt kat mesia ni... kt bandung lagi ori beb!
esoknyer bila nak balik... tgk aaa muka shimah, ceria jer... demam dia turun naik... badan panas2 lagi tapi dia lega dah nak balik kuikuikui...yg siannya, lepas balik jer dia truih kena pi Btn plaks... adeh...
kt airport, shimah balik arah kl, sbb kang dia nakgi seremban... aku ngan buk tumpang Pn.Hashimah + Prof Rafie balik penang. Oh ya... Pn.Hashimah pun present poster gak, tapi sbg pelajar (phd) ukm... Prof temankan sambil bercuti-cuti laaa...
jap...hmmm pikior balik kan...
aku buk dan shimah ni, gabungan terbaik utk wakilkan melaysia...ye tak?
aku - india+cina, buk = cina+melayu, shimah = melayu+india....kuikuikui.....

War Museum Penang...
|

Like other countries during the Second World War, Malaysia (and Penang) suffered greatly. Lives were lost, families were torn apart, homes were razed and food was scarce. For sure, the war left no fond memories for those who suffered through it.
Enter the country's premiere War Museum, located right here in Penang. It is here to tell stories covering all aspects of life in wartime. Its purpose is to encourage the study and understanding of the history of modern war and how it affects our lives and as a memorial to those who died defending the country.
Take a trip back in time and get a first hand account of wartime with the impressive exhibits, including a 'glimpse' into the daily lives of soldiers during WWII.
Situated on Bukit Batu Maung, the 70 year-old old former British fort was 'rediscovered' by Johari Shafie during an adventurous and brave hike. Because the hill was reputed to be haunted, it was avoided by everyone except the brave and the skeptical. But this is a good thing for the museum because it provides an excellent ambience to the scenario. With a little imagination, one could even imagine hearing the phantom screams of soldiers brutally tortured and killed here.
To add a further touch of realism to wartime ambience, the War Museum plans to hold war games where opposite teams will be armed with paint gun to shoot paint balls at their 'enemies' while trying to steal their flags.
According to Johari the fort was manned by soldiers of different races - English, Indians and Malays mostly. When the fort fell to Japanese hands, parts of it were turned into torture chambers where executions took place.
The parts of the fort that have been restored so far are the aforementioned torture chamber, medical infirmary, ammunition store, observation tower, canon firing bay, well, generator room, quarters, pill boxes, tunnels, lock up and cook house.
A forthcoming addition to the museum will feature exhibitions and information on naval warfare.
My mother visited the museum last year and she described the place as a little "creepy" although she appeared visibly excited by the experience. Having been a war child herself and then going through the May 13 incident as an adult, the museum must have suddenly reawakened memories of suffering.
Although the Penang War Museum will play a significant role in educating visitors of all ages about life during wartime, one could do well to also recall Picasso's Guernica, Goya's The Third of May or Ibrahim Hussein's May 13 and remind oneself that there is no glory in war.
Thankfully today, Malaysia is a strife-free country. We can go about our business with little or no worry. Be that as it may, the museum will serve to continually remind us, lest we forget or take for granted, of the importance of maintaining peace in the country.
When visitng the museum, you are advised not to do the following: take any photographs of the exterior or the interior; bring pets, radios or bicycles into the museum or smoke. You should dress in light, cool clothing; wear comfy shoes; put on a dull coloured hat and be armed with a pair of binoculars, insect repellent, notebook and pen.

R.O dari lab pdcc, mirg dan hirg melarikan diri ke tambun
ahahaha... ia adalah working day... weekdays.... so u can imagine the "crowd" ahaha... we practically conquered the whole place... we were there 30 minutes after opening time, and went back just before they closed. tak banyak org, less than 10 or 20 groups of people in and out ... ermm... more or less lah kot... then maybe small number of small families...
